Ankle arthroscopy is a minimal invasive surgical technique which utilizes small instruments and a fibro-optic camera system. In this technique surgeon makes two or three small incisions around the ankle joint through which less than 4 mm diameter instruments are passed inside the ankle joint. With Ankle Arthroscopy we can avoid major open surgical procedures. After the procedure pain, recovery time and surgical scarring is far less than the traditional open surgical procedure.
